Shipping Policy

 Very often Stable Sound products are made to order and/or custom builds so please allow 5-6 days prior to dispatch.

It is possible to ship outside of New Zealand and Australia- if you wish to do so, please contact me at for a quotation.

All products are packaged with care and shipped via registered courier. You will be notified of your tracking number immediately upon dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

 Returns or exchanges are considered only if the item you purchased is defective. It is in great pride you are sent the best handmade, custom product possible. If in the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please make contact at with details of the product and the reasonable defect. You will be informed immediately where can send the item for assessment.

Alternatively, you can call or text directly on WhatsApp +64 272 455 149 as there may be a simple resolution or part replacement available you are satisfied with.

If it is necessary to return the product, it will be assessed and you will be notified via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, that of your refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
